Julia teaches small, friendly Pilates classes in Stevenage and the local area, concentrating on achievable exercises in a relaxed environment. |
She is a REPS Level 4 Specialist Exercise Instructor - Lower Back Pain and a Backcare professional. |
As well as Pilates classes, Julia also tutors trainee teachers while they undergo their supervised teaching period as part of the Body Control Pilates Teacher Training Course. |
