Julia is a Pilates instructor who specialises in teaching people with cancer before, during and after their treatment. She also teaches small, friendly Pilates classes in Stevenage, concentrating on achievable exercises in a relaxed environment. |
Julia has Level 4 qualifications in Instructing Pilates Matwork, Lower Back Pain and Cancer and Exercise. |
As well as Pilates classes, Julia also supports trainee teachers while they undergo their supervised teaching period as part of the Body Control Pilates Teacher Training Course and is a tutor and assessor for the Level 4 written paper for the Certificate in Instructing Pilates Matwork. |
