All classes must be pre-booked and fees are payable in advance.
One-to-ones are specifically tailored to your personal requirements such as back care, osteoporosis, pregnancy, post natal, improving your golf etc.
o The Matwork Studio (£90 for 10 classes), maximum 6 attendees per class

Beginners

Beginners may join an improvers class after attending a beginners course or a series of one-to-ones. Beginners courses are held at regular times throughout the year. Please contact me for the latest dates / times.
