"I attend one of Julia's Intermediate classes at the Matwork Studio and this is definitely not a 'lay down and breath' class ! Julia's classes are always fun...but it's not a social gathering... she makes sure we work hard too ! (no slacking here..) Julia has a great knowledge of Pilates and demonstrates good technique, pushes us when we need to be pushed (that's most of the time), but is also aware of any joint problems etc we may have and ensures each of us work to a safe level.
